Where are you based?
We are located in London UK, and all of our stock is based at our warehouse and ready for dispatch.
How long will you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are checked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours or purchase (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
How can I get hold of you?
We have 3 methods to contact us, you can send us an email at sales@totaltechlondon.co.uk, fill out our contact form on our "Contact us" page or send us a quick email with your phone number and we will try to get someone to give you a call. Generally we respond to emails and contact forms within 2 working hours but never exceed 1 working day.
Are your parts really genuine?
We try to stock as many genuine parts as possible, 80% of our stock is original and new. All items on our website are clearly stated as original or aftermarket within the item's description to avoid any confusion.
Do you have anyone technical on hand to help?
Yes, all of our staff are trained and have expert knowledge.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, most of our parts come with a full 1 month warranty, the warranty length is stated in each individual items description
What if i want to return a part?
That’s no problem, as long as the part is unused and returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was bought we will exchange it for the same product or issue a credit note.
What if the part I ordered arrived, but it doesn’t work?
In the unlikely event that your part doesn’t work we will run through a few technical questions to make sure the problem isn’t caused by any other hardware - if the part is indeed faulty we will issue a replacement. In most cases we may need the part returning to us for testing before we can issue a replacement or refund, in this case all return postage costs will be covered by us (unless the part has been damaged while fitting by the customer)
